Research & Innovation

DTM continues to develop science and technology for energy conversion and conservation which includes the development and utilization of methods, phenomena, and principles in fluid systems, thermodynamics, heat and mass transfer, cooling, and air conditioning systems.

In addition, research and innovation related to the development and manufacturing of energy conservation-oriented products are also carried out, which include: product design methods and processes, product manufacturing methods and processes, manufacturing systems, and automation of design and manufacturing processes.

Research on flow control help gather phenomena and technical recommendations required in industrial applications. With various existing analyses, flow control is expected to be a sustainable solution to improve industrial product quality.
To ensure the development of society and innovative fire safety technologies, it is crucial to enable the implementation of the next-generation performance-based standard towards a more significant contribution to the achievement of sustainable development goals.
An electric vehicle is an alternative solution to various transportation problems in Indonesia. It is environmentally friendly and sustainable, supports ideals of the nation’s automotive industry independence, and national resilience one of which includes energy security that, to date, still significantly wastes the country’s foreign exchange since a lot of fossil fuel is used in various modes of transportation in Indonesian cities.
