An Intelligent Manufacturing System is a system combining human intelligence, processes, and machines. It supports industrial activities related to manufacturing products starting from input to processing the output. This system aims to produce the best quality product in the shortest possible time and at an efficient cost to have strong competitiveness in the market. This system is achieved by developing and implementing advanced CAD/CAM, manufacturing machinery automation, and process planning automation through virtual manufacturing and advanced manufacturing processes.
